The Story So Far...
Dan and Barbara Rymer founded Fresh Face Photography in 2005, inspired by their exposure to the photographic world throughout their television and entertainment careers. The arrival of their first child prompted their own personal search for a unique and affordable family portrait experience. Realising that a gap in the market existed for a reasonably priced, high standard studio experience, offering first class, contemporary photographic artwork, they launched Fresh Face from a studio in their back garden. The business has since flourished and brightened up the homes of hundreds of happy customers leading to their expansion into the new premises on Godalming High Street.
Barbara
Barbara has spent the last 10 years working as a television publicist, most recently managing the publicity department for The Bill and other dramas’ for talkbackTHAMES. Barbara joined Fresh Face full time in September 2006, bringing a wealth of editorial experience with her, ranging from magazine photo shoots to placing picture exclusives in the national press.
Dan
Following a successful acting career, (best known for his long running role in BBC 1’s Casualty), a lifetime love of photography led Dan to retrain as a professional. After intensive training specialising in studio portraiture at a renowned London photographic school, Dan launched Fresh Face Photography in November 2005.
Laura
Initially working on a part-time basis for Fresh Face, whilst studying for her Photography BA Honours Degree, Laura has now joined the company full time following her successful graduation from the Surrey Institute of Art and Design
